Providing healthy and safe workspaces is most important for all of us – our staff, clients and guests.

To minimize potential risk factors, Davinci has created recommendations and internal policies to help us prevent the spread of viruses and other diseases within our work environments.

How is Davinci operating during the Health Crisis?

Every business around the globe has been affected by the recent health crisis in many ways. At Davinci, we were dedicated to ensure the health and safety of all our great team members. We decided to move our 100+ employees out of our Salt Lake City, UT headquarters to a Work From Home (WFH) model early March 2020.

Fortunately, our technology platforms allowed us complete the move quickly and efficiently. Davinci has now been operating completely remote and without disruption since mid-March, 2020. All Davinci services remain fully supported, staffed and available. We also implemented additional processes and capabilities to ensure the best possible remote work capabilities, productivity and communication.


What is Davinci doing to keep staff and customers safe and healthy?

Davinci continues to monitor the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization(WHO) and your local government entities.

As a long term provider in the flexible workspace industry, Davinci has been working diligently with our workspace partners to create best practices and processes that ensure the health and safety of our staff, customers and guest.

As new information and data become available, we continue to update our partners and clients with the latest recommendations.


Continuity of Services

Virtual Offices - Virtual Office Addresses and Mail Receipt Services remain available and operational at almost all Davinci locations

Mail Forwarding - Mail forwarding services remain operational at almost all Davinci Locations
NOTE: Forwarding times may be slightly impacted due to potential USPS delivery delays.

Live Receptionists - All Davinci Live Receptionist Services and Live Web Chat Services remain fully staffed and operational by leveraging Davinci’s WFH model.

Meeting Rooms -Meeting Rooms, Conference Rooms and Day Offices for rent are currently available on a reduced basis as some work space providers operate on limited staffing and/or availability.
