Up today is Martin Senn. Martin is the CEO/co-founder of Davinci Virtual Solutions and has been an avid part of the shared workspace community for over a decade. When he’s not running his company you can catch Martin on the slopes or having fun.

What in your life are you most proud of cultivating or creating? Why?

I am most proud of my 3 children and my family – they are the focus of my being. The love, joy and memories we give and receive every single day is priceless and defines a life worth living. I am also very proud of creating Davinci Virtual Office Solutions 14 years ago with my friend and partner Bill Grodnik. We were able to take a vision to reality and are now proudly providing jobs and careers for well over 100 awesome people. We are super proud of our culture and diversity which makes all the difference every single day!

Where do you personally feel the most sense of community?

With my family first, at my work with my friends second.

What is one piece of advice you give everyone that works with and/or for you?

If you are going to do it anyhow – just please do it right the very first time.

If you had $500 to spend- what would you buy?

Something that helps others, I already have all I need.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of becoming an entrepreneur?

Never lose the passion, always remember why you started it and definitely remain authentic at all times!

What is the best habit you ever started?

Always do what you say you are going to do.

If you had to put a quote on your gravestone what would it be?

He lived a very blessed life and tried to make a difference.
